Welcome to Solo App Zone. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Solo App Zone ("we", "our", or "us"), governing your download, access, and use of all mobile applications, digital tools, and related services published by Solo App Zone (collectively, the "Applications").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Applications.

1. License & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Solo App Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Applications on compatible mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of our Applications.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our Applications, unless explicitly permitted by applicable law.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or exploits to access or manipulate application features or backend APIs.
  • Use the Applications for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

2. User Accounts & Local Application Use

  • Cloud-Enabled Applications: For applications that provide optional or required user account authentication (such as Google Sign-In), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You have the right to permanently delete your account and associated cloud data at any time via in-app Settings > Delete Account or through our support channels.
  • Local-First / Standalone Applications: For applications that operate without user accounts (such as WishMate / AI Birthday Reminder), your license applies to your personal device installation. Data remains locally under your control, and deletion can be performed at any time by deleting in-app entries, clearing application data in device settings, or uninstalling the app.

3. User Content & Acceptable Use

When using features that permit you to upload, input, or process content (such as personal photos, contact names, notes, custom audio ringtones, garments, or text inputs):

  • You retain ownership of the original media, text, and content you input or upload.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights and permissions to use and input such content.
  • You agree not to upload or input content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, infringing upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, or otherwise objectionable.
  • We reserve the right to restrict, block, or remove access to features for any user who violates these Terms.

4. AI-Powered Features & Output Disclaimer

Certain Applications utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models (such as Google Gemini) or computer vision:

  • AI-Generated Wishes, Greetings & Text (e.g., WishMate): AI-generated birthday messages, greeting suggestions, and poetry are produced algorithmically for personal convenience, inspiration, and entertainment. While AI models strive to generate polite, warm, and heartfelt content:
    • Solo App Zone does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, suitability, emotional tone, or cultural appropriateness of any generated message.
    • You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying all AI-generated content before sending, copying, or sharing it with any recipient.
  • Computer Vision & Virtual Try-On (e.g., TryOn AI): Renderings, digital styling previews, and outfit visualizations are approximations provided for personal fashion inspiration and entertainment only. We do not warrant that virtual previews represent exact physical garment dimensions, fabric stretch, color accuracy, or real-world fit.
  • General AI Limitations: Output generated by machine learning models is provided on an "as is" basis. Solo App Zone disclaims any liability for misunderstandings, disputes, or offense arising from AI-generated outputs.

5. In-App Purchases, Credits, Subscriptions & Lifetime Access

Certain features or capabilities within our Applications may require payment processed securely via Google Play In-App Billing:

  • Billing Processing: All financial transactions are handled directly by Google Play In-App Billing and are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.
  • Lifetime / One-Time Purchases: If an application offers a lifetime purchase (such as a one-time pro unlock), this grants you a personal, non-transferable entitlement to premium features tied to your Google Play account for the supported lifecycle of that application.
  • Subscriptions & Free Trials: Subscriptions may include an introductory free trial period. If a trial is offered, you must cancel in your Google Play Store Account settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid recurring charges. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date.
  • Consumable Credits: Consumable credits (such as generation tokens) are consumed upon successful request initiation and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play standard refund policies. Because consumable credits and digital features are delivered immediately, refund eligibility is assessed by Google Play rules.

6. Reminder, Alarm & Notification Disclaimer

For applications providing reminders, calendar alerts, or birthday alarms (such as WishMate / AI Birthday Reminder):

  • Convenience Utility Only: Scheduled notifications and alarms are provided strictly as an assistive convenience tool.
  • Device & Operating System Dependencies: Delivery of alarms and reminders depends directly upon factors beyond our control, including device power states, hardware status, battery level, operating system restrictions (such as Android Doze mode, background execution limits, and OEM-specific battery optimization task managers), active notification permissions, exact-alarm permissions, and device volume/ringtone settings.
  • No Delivery Guarantee: Solo App Zone does not warrant or guarantee that scheduled alarms or notifications will sound or appear punctually, reliably, or without interruption.
  • Limitation of Responsibility: Solo App Zone shall not be held liable for any forgotten birthdays, missed events, delayed alarms, failure to alert, or any personal, social, or economic consequences resulting from reliance upon application reminders.

7. Third-Party Messaging Shortcuts (e.g., WhatsApp)

Where an application provides shortcuts to launch third-party communication apps (such as WhatsApp deep links):

  • Solo App Zone is completely independent of and not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Message transmission, delivery, and data usage are governed by your mobile carrier and WhatsApp's terms of service.
  • You represent that you have obtained any necessary consent from recipients before sending messages or contacting them via pre-filled links.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interfaces, visual design elements, and documentation associated with our Applications are the exclusive property of Solo App Zone and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. SOLO APP ZONE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLO APP ZONE, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR REMINDERS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATIONS.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to our Applications or any related services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Applications following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
